RICS Requirement Case study submission The case study is a maximum of 3,000 words and must be on a project or projects that you have been personally involved in the two years prior to your assessment submission date. A project may have started over two years ago, but your case study should reference your involvement in the past two years. It must provide a critical appraisal of the project(s) together with an outline of your learning outcomes. This provides important evidence of the competencies you have achieved. The case study must give detailed evidence of your ability to work competently and to apply the knowledge relevant to your pathway.
